        What payment methods can I use to pay for my Black Neon order?

        We accept Pay with Amazon, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Job and Diner's Club. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pre-paid gift cards. However, we do of course welcome Black Neon Gift Cards!

        How can I track my my order?

        To view the status of your order log into your Black Neon account and visit your My Account page to view your order history. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.

        How Is Sales Tax Calculated?

        Rates vary depending on your location. Prices displayed on our site exclude taxes. Final sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total when you check out.

        Where do I enter my promo code?

        When you are ready to check out, just enter your promo code in the 'Discount' Field and click apply. 

        I just placed my order but I forgot to enter a promo code, now what?

        How does Black Neon Ship Products?

        Products are shipped to you directly from Black Neon’s warehouses. We ship orders via FedEx, and USPS.

        What are Black Neon’s shipping costs?

        Black Neon offers multiple shipping options. 

        Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $35.00

        Expedited (2-Day) - $15.95

        When does my order ship?

        All orders ship within 1 business day! We will send you an email when your order is processed and then again when it ships. The shipping email includes your tracking number and an estimated arrival date.

        Why is my tracking information not showing in my account?

        Shipping notices are sent by e-mail as soon as we generate the shipping label to fulfill your order. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for the carrier to update their shipping records. If the 72 hour time frame has passed, please contact our support team at

        What is Black Neon’s return policy?

        We strive to offer designs of the highest quality. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 15 days of receipt. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

        Non-returnable items:

        * Gift cards.

        * Sale Items.

        * Custom orders: Because they are one of a kind and unique to you, unfortunately, they are not returnable.

        Please contact and our team will be happy to answer any concerns you have about your one of a kind order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

        When will I receive my refund?

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-10 business days.

        What if my return is rejected?

        If your return is rejected we will ship the item back to you at your request. Rejected refunds are only eligible for return shipment 7 business days after you are notified of the rejection. If you do not request your item to be returned after 7 business days the item will become property of Black Neon and will be discarded or returned to stock and no longer eligible for return shipment.

        What if my refund is late or missing?

        If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

        Will I receive a refund on sale items?

        Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final sale.

        Do I need to pay for return shipping?

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We strongly recommend using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Black Neon is not responsible for any items lost in transit.

        How do I return an item?

        If you would like to return or exchange an item please submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) to Our Customer Support team will contact you and let you know if your item is eligible for return. You should hear back from us within 1-2 business days. Since your RMA is valid for 7 days, please send the item back to us in a well-timed manner to be eligible for a refund.

        Please send your unused merchandise back in its original packaging, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The only cost for returning your item is the cost of shipping your product back to Black Neon.

        Once your return is processed at our warehouse, a refund, less the original shipping cost, will be made to your original form of payment. Please understand that it may take 2 to 10 business days for the bank to process the credit to your account. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that offers package tracking. Your return will not be processed until the item is received by our warehouse. If your package is lost in transit Black Neon is not liable.

        Unfortunately, we are unable return or replace any product not purchased on Black directly.

        How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

        Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. Once your return is processed at our warehouse, a refund, less the original shipping cost, will be made to your original form of payment.         What is Black Neon’s Warranty Policy?

        Black Neon offers a One Year Limited Warranty on all products sold. Black Neon will not be held liable for damages, whether they are indirect or incidental that arise from use of any of our products. Black Neon does not cover product damages that may have been caused from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse or alteration of the product. The Limited Warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property, including but not limited to, any electronic devices and/or any other personal property. Product replacements are only covered beginning the date of purchase. We will, at our discretion, replace any product that proves to be of manufacturer defects. Black Neon reserves the right to send a replacement product of similar value and design. Warranty replacements are provided based on product availability, only within the same device or product line as the original purchase. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a similar or better product at our discretion. Products we made may no longer be in production, and there may be no similar products for your device. In that event, we will offer you a product for an alternate device type of equal or greater value with proof of purchase. You will be not be responsible for shipping charges of your replacement unit. Proof of purchase is required to file a warranty claim. On all warranty claims, we reserve the right to decline a warranty for unsatisfactory or unverified documentation.
