All orders ship within 1 business day! We will send you an email when your order is processed and then again when it ships. The shipping email includes your tracking number and an estimated arrival date.
We strive to offer designs of the highest quality. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 15 days of receipt. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund
yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card
company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next
contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is
posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund
yet, please contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We strongly recommend using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. BlackNeon is not responsible for any items lost in transit.
If you received a damaged product, or the wrong product BlackNeon will send you a return label in a separate email after you submit your return request.

1. Select the items on your order that you would like to return 2. Pick a shipping method that works best for you 3. A refund confirmation will be emailed to you 4. Send the return to us at your convenience 5. A confirmation email will be sent once we receive your return and you will be notified if your return was approved or rejected.
If your return is rejected we will ship the item back to you at your request. Rejected refunds are only eligible for return shipment 7 business days after you are notified of the rejection. If you do not request your item(s) to be returned within 7 business days of being notified of the rejection the item(s) will become property of BlackNeon and will be discarded or returned to stock and no longer eligible for shipment.

held liable for damages, whether they are indirect or incidental that arise
from use of any of our products. BlackNeon does not cover product damages that
may have been caused from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse or alteration of
The Limited Warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of
property, including but not limited to, any electronic devices and/or any other
personal property. Product replacements are only covered beginning the date of
purchase. We will, at our discretion, replace any product that proves to be of
manufacturer defects. BlackNeon reserves the right to send a replacement
product of similar value and design. Warranty replacements are provided based
on product availability, only within the same device or product line as the
original purchase. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of
stock, we may replace your product with a similar or better product at our
discretion. Products we made may no longer be in production, and there may be
no similar products for your device. In that event, we will offer you a product
for an alternate device type of equal or greater value with proof of purchase.
You will be not be responsible for shipping charges of your replacement unit.
Proof of purchase is required to file a warranty claim. On all warranty claims,
we reserve the right to decline a warranty for unsatisfactory or unverified
documentation. If you wish to make a claim under this warranty, please contact
